We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Marketing & Sales interns to work in Valencia, Spain. Most deals are in the University areas and most are student shared apartments.
Some of the tasks to be developed during the internship:
Working on email marketing campaigns;
Working with a company´s CRM;
Managing company´s social media communities (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube); Converting social media followers to real costumers;
Schedule and coordinate all showings;
Participate in apartment´s check-ins and check-outs;
Report preparation including Seller Reports; Productivity Reports; etc.;
Other tasks may include designing visual material, establishing media partnerships, sales, creating contact for the company´s blog, research as needed and more - all depending on individual skills.
Skills:
Advanced level of English;
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin);
Copy writing skills;
Proactive attitude; Polished in communication; Positive attitude and focused demeanour; Turstworthy and confidential.
Internship period: minimum 2 months (can be extended).
Please note: Internship agreement (Erasmus+ Learning Agreement or other) with a university is mandatory.
